Lapasar Legal Policy

Return and Refund Policy

By purchasing the goods (“Goods”) from us, Lapasar’s Customers hereby agreed and understood that Lapasar’s Customers are bound by the following terms and conditions:

1.All the Goods sold and delivered are final. As such, the Goods purchased are non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable except in the following circumstances:

1.1

Goods delivered were not ordered by Lapasar's Customers;

1.2

Goods were damaged during delivery;

1.3

Goods delivered by Lapasar have a shelf life (expiry date) of less than 3 months from the date of delivery; or

1.4

Goods with manufacturing defects;

2.All discounted and promotional Goods purchased cannot be returned to Lapasar for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to purchases made as part of Lapasar's promotional activities, clearance sales and Goods sold at markdown prices due to defects.

2.1

We do not at all material times collect any of your personal information unless it is provided voluntarily by you when you register with us at any point of time as a user on our Platforms and/or as our Customer.

2.2

The personal information that we have access to may include, but is not limited to the following:
  • Company name
  • Company registration number
  • Name and IC number
  • Email Address
  • Delivery Address
  • Telephone Number
  • Mobile Number
  • Live location and/or coordinate based on real time
(hereinafter referred to collectively as “Personal Data”)

3.In the event the Goods delivered are found to fall under any of the circumstances mentioned at 1 above, Lapasar's Customers may return the Goods to Lapasar in accordance with the following terms:

3.1

The Request and the Return of the Goods must be made within seven (7) days from the date of the delivery to Lapasar's warehouse in Shah Alam, Ipoh and/or Johor Bahru depending on the locality of the Customers' shops;

3.2

The Goods Returned must be in the complete quantity of the carton delivered and the seal of the packaging of the Goods in the Carton remains sealed and closed;

3.3

In the event the request is made pursuant to 1.1 above, Lapasar shall arrange for collection from the Customer's point of delivery as per the Delivery Order; and

3.4

If the request is made pursuant to 1.2, 1.3 and 1.4 above, the Customers may arrange for the return of the Goods to Lapasar at the Customers' costs and expenses of which upon approval of the request in accordance with 5 below, Lapasar may, at its sole discretion, reimburse the Customers for the said costs and expenses by providing a Credit Note.

4.The request for a return of the Goods as stated in 1 must be supported by the following documents:

4.1

A copy of the Purchase Order and Invoice together with the Order ID;

4.2

Photographs of the defects/damages on the Goods purchased containing the following Images if the return request is made pursuant to 1.2 atau 1.4 above:
  • Clear images of the outer packaging of the Goods from all angles of the packaging of the Goods;
  • Clear images of the seal of the packaging of the Goods in the case of a shortage of units of Goods purchased in cartons;
  • Clear images of the Inside packaging of the Goods; and
  • Clear images of the Goods

4.3

Reasons for the return of the Goods (must be in accordance with reasons stated in 1 above); and

4.4

Lapasar reserves the right to reject any request for the return of the goods in the event Lapasar's customers do not provide Lapasar with complete documentation in accordance with 4.1, 4.2 and 4.3 above.

5.Upon receiving your request in accordance with 3 above, we shall consider your request within a minimum of seven (7) working days from the date of the request made to Lapasar's customer service and upon approval of Lapasar, Lapasar shall proceed with any of the following:

5.1

A 1-on-1 replacement of the Goods returned subject to the availability of the stocks of the Goods returned; or

5.2

If there are no stocks available for the 1-on-1 replacement, Lapasar may offer to provide Lapasar's Customers with a Credit Note that may be utilised by Lapasar's Customers on the next purchase.

6.In any event, Lapasar reserves the right to charge the actual delivery costs to Lapasar's Customers in any of the following events:

6.1

Return of the entire Goods ordered not in accordance with Clause 1 above;

6.2

Return of the Goods ordered in 3 pallets or more not due to Clause 1 above;

6.3

Partial rejection of the Goods ordered wherein the said Goods have a value of 30% and more than the total purchase value.

7.Lapasar shall impose a charge of RM150.00 for each pallet if the customer fails to return the pallet within 7 days from the date of the delivery.

8.Lapasar reserves the right to revise this Return and Refund Policy from time to time.
